Booking Policy
Thank you for choosing us for your skincare needs! To make your experience as smooth as possible, we've put together a simple and friendly booking policy:
Booking Deposit: To secure your appointment, a non-refundable $15 deposit will be collected during booking. This deposit will go toward the price of your service upon timely arrival.
Running Late? No Problem! We understand that things happen! That's why we’ll waive the deposit for your first lateness! However, if you’re more than 10 minutes late moving forward, your deposit will be applied as a late charge. Please note lateness of any kind may affect the length of your treatment and when your pampering session starts.
Rescheduling & Cancellations: Life happens, and we're here to help! If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll gladly adjust your appointment and apply your deposit to your new appointment. The deposit will be forfeited if you wish to cancel or reschedule for a second time.
No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without giving us a heads-up, the deposit won’t be applied to future services.
